Who is responsible for your data?
Darko Rihter

What do we collect?
When you propose acquiring DARE.SI, we collect your name, email address, proposed amount in USD, intended use, and any company name or message you choose to provide. We also record when the proposal was submitted, whether you verified your email address, and the status of the enquiry.
To limit automated submissions and login abuse, the application stores keyed, pseudonymous fingerprints derived from the submitting IP address. It does not store the raw IP address in the offer database. Web-hosting infrastructure may separately keep normal security and access logs.
Why do we use it?
We use this information only to verify that an enquiry came from a working email address, assess a possible transfer of the domain, communicate with interested parties, and protect the site from misuse.
For handling enquiries and maintaining site security, our lawful basis is legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): responding to enquiries you choose to send and preventing abuse, balanced against your privacy rights. Where an individual asks us to take steps toward a potential purchase, processing necessary for those pre-contractual steps may also rely on Article 6(1)(b).
Providing information is voluntary. Without a usable name, email address and proposed amount, we cannot process your enquiry. Submitting a proposal does not create a binding agreement or an obligation for either party to buy or sell.
How long do we keep it?
Unverified submissions and failed email-verification enquiries are scheduled for deletion within 30 days of submission. Verified proposals are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, unless negotiations remain active or a longer period is needed to meet a legal obligation or protect legal claims. Anti-abuse records are periodically cleared when no longer needed. These periods are managed through regular record reviews and deletion.
Who receives it?
Access to proposal details is limited to the domain owner and service providers needed to run the website, database, hosting and email delivery. Proposal amounts and bidder identities are never displayed publicly. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising.
Email and hosting services can involve processing by providers outside your country and, where applicable, outside the European Economic Area. You may contact us for information about the relevant provider arrangements and safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent EU/EEA data protection supervisory authority.
Cookies and automated decisions
The website uses a strictly functional session cookie for form protection and administrator authentication. It is not used for advertising or profiling. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and no automated decision determines whether a domain offer is accepted.
